Quote Hub provides software for organizing manufacturing requests for quotation, pricing inputs, quote status, and related customer records. This policy explains the information processed when you use the service.

Information we collect

We process account and company information, RFQ and customer records you enter or forward, billing status, support requests, and basic usage and device data. Payment-card information is collected and processed by our payment provider and is not stored by Quote Hub.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, operate billing, respond to support requests, monitor reliability, understand product usage, and improve Quote Hub. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Quote Hub relies on contracted infrastructure, database, analytics, and payment providers to operate the service. They process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data access and retention

Company workspace data is restricted to authorized members of that workspace and authorized Quote Hub operations. Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, support, legal, and billing obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information through Customer Support. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate security, billing, or legal purposes.

Security

Quote Hub uses access controls, encrypted connections, tenant-level database protections, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security; customers should use strong, unique passwords and limit workspace access appropriately.
