Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Quote Hub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

The service

Quote Hub helps manufacturing teams organize RFQs, identify missing requirements, develop pricing inputs, and track quote status. Calculations and suggested values are workflow aids only. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving every quote, price, specification, and business decision.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized access, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful content, or use Quote Hub to violate another party's rights.

Customer data

You retain ownership of information submitted to your workspace and grant Quote Hub permission to process it solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit that information.

Trial, billing, and cancellation

The current plan includes a 14-day trial followed by a recurring charge of $99 per company workspace per month unless canceled. Billing is handled through the customer billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals; fees already charged are generally nonrefundable except where required by law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Quote Hub reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed to improve security, reliability, or usefulness. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Quote Hub is not responsible for manufacturing, estimating, pricing, contractual, or purchasing decisions made using the service. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel billing at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, prohibited use, or material violation of these terms.
